Our Car Rental Reviews

" Can totally recommend this company. Rented the lowest category originally for two days. Shortly after I realized that I want to extend the rental agreement for another day. Got in contact with the support via WhatsApp and they arranged it within minutes. The car was delivered to my hotel at the exact time and it was clean, full tank and had the booked child seat installed. As written, I booked the lowest category, so nothing fancy to expect. Automatic drive, air-con working, mobile holder, tainted windows. Everything worked fine. Return at my hotel was easy at the agreed time "

" Rented 2 cars and was not disappointed. Cars were handed to us in a clean state. Before handing over the keys to me, one of the staff took a video of the cars to document their current state and also to avoid any misunderstandings when returning. Another plus point, the price :) "

" What a great service from Alif Najmie and the Langkawibook-organisation. And for a very reasonable price, including insurance. A real recommendation. "

" Very smooth handing over & returning process. Fuss free. Car (hyundai steria) functioned well & didn't give any issues through the 6 days rental. Only slight improvement is if the parking lot for collection & return can be sheltered as it was raining heavily when we arrived & we had to move children & elderly one by one across in the rain. That said, their agent was helpful with the luggages. "

" The process of getting and dropping the car was flawless and quick and the car was also in great condition. Mr. syed fairuz was very helpful, kind and understanding "

" Really easy and straight forward.. nice team to deal with "

" Sangat berpuas hati. Helmet, baju hujan dan laporan cuaca juga boleh ditanyakan kepada staf. 👍 "
