" 5 star service "

" Langkawi, October 2026: rented black Peroda Axia with LangkawiBook. Great company, easy going and organized, all was handled online, documents check, payment. Wonderful staff, answered all myriads of questions I bumped them with. One day before pick up, they sent info where we meet. Drop-off was also a breeze, quick checks, as all was recorded on a video before. Special thanks to Iqbal on pick up and Syed on drop off. With great memories of Langkawi, hoping to come back again one day. "

" I was pleasantly surprised by how easy & efficient the process of booking & returning car. The car I got was as advertised & clean but only minor issue like missing phone holder. Because my experience with this company was so good, I booked mangrove swamp tour through them & again was very pleased with the service & clean boat. The mangrove swamp is not to be missed in Langkawi if you like nature. The travel agent is very responsive & efficient. "

" Absolutely satisfied with the excellent service from Langkawi Book! The whole process was incredibly smooth and convenient. Right after we touched down at Langkawi Airport, I found them on Google and submitted the booking form. Within minutes, their admin responded via WhatsApp. To my surprise, before we even made it out of the arrival gate, our car was already ready for collection! I initially booked a Honda HR-V, but since it wasn’t available, they kindly upgraded us to a Proton X70 at no extra charge. Really appreciate that gesture! Returning the car was just as easy. Due to heavy rain, we had to return it right in front of the departure entrance instead of the usual location. A special shoutout to Syed, who personally came to collect the car from us at the departure entrance. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire return process effortless despite the rainy weather. Really appreciate his assistance! Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Fast response, friendly staff, excellent service, and most importantly, completely hassle-free! Highly recommended! I’ll definitely book with Langkawi Book again on my next trip to Langkawi! "

" Booking was super easy and the staff were prompt and responsive throughout. The Toyota Innova Crysta comfortably fit 5 adults with 5 pieces of luggage for our Oct 11–13 trip. The car was clean, smooth to drive, with cold A/C, and handover was completely stress-free. Highly recommended! "

" We are very satisfied with the services provided by this car rental company. The car was clean and new, making our trip very comfortable. Here are the highlights of our experience: • No Hidden Costs: The prices are very good and highly transparent. Insurance options vary depending on your needs, but I purchased the full insurance package just for total peace of mind. • Punctual & Helpful Staff: The team was highly professional and always on time. • Superb WhatsApp Communication: The day before our arrival and departure, they proactively sent notifications. They even shared a video guideline for picking up the car and a photo location for where to return it, which made the whole process completely stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and smooth car rental experience! "
